Muddyfunkster: A Word to the Unwise

My parents arrived yesterday, keen to see the children who had moved to Edinburgh. Well, keen to see my sister - I'm obviously just an expense. So I met them in the Guilford Arms on West Register Street, one of my Dad's favourite pubs in Edinburgh, and then went on to Bailie Bar for some top notch bar food - I can definately recommend it!

Tonight is The Patio - a family favourite.

In other news, I got a bus out to meet them. Now I'm not usually one for public transport but I had the time and I fancied taking it slowly - so I went to Eddie's Seafood Market and stood for the bus. There is always something happening in or outside Eddie's - it's theatre with fish! They sell the best fish in Edinburgh; I'll be going there for my Scallops tomorrow.
